The Medal has Our Lady surrounded by the words ‘O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee’
On the back of the medal is M, which stands for Mary.
The cross above the M represents Christ’s sacrifice and the bar under the cross represents the earth.
The little heart to the left represents Jesus’ heart and the one to the right his mother’s heart.
The 12 stars represent the Apostles
